All transactions on tosspk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and debit card are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Payments page at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses issued by tosspk are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and validity windows stated in the specific promotion's terms. General Terms and bonus-specific terms apply jointly. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail.
tosspk prohibits bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies, and any behaviour intended to exploit system errors or pricing anomalies. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice.
tosspk is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, or request permanent self-exclusion at any time. tosspk reserves the right to impose mandatory limits on accounts where problem gambling indicators are identified.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tosspk ("tosspk", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tosspk.org. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on tosspk. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared household IP addresses — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. tosspk reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate.
tosspk is made available to players in jurisdictions where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tosspk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any specific territory.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, are not acting on behalf of a third party, and are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence restrictions unless you have disclosed this status to tosspk's compliance team.
To access real-money services on tosspk, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your legal full name, valid contact details, date of birth, and Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) number or equivalent government-issued identification. Providing materially false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
tosspk is required to verify player identities as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following at any time:
Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed. tosspk reserves the right to suspend access to game-play features pending verification completion.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tosspk will never ask you for your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tosspk immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. tosspk accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
Security Tip: Enable two-factor OTP authentication from your Account settings. This adds an extra layer of protection to your tosspk account and is strongly recommended for all players, particularly those who make regular deposits and withdrawals.
tosspk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in PKR via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Raast Interbank Transfer, 1LINK, and domestic debit cards. tosspk does not accept credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency as payment methods.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change and are displayed within your Account's payment interface at the time of the transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is Rs100 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs500, though these figures may vary by payment method and account verification status. Maximum transaction limits are communicated during the transaction flow.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days following successful KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. tosspk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals that exceed prescribed thresholds or that form part of unusual transaction patterns, which may extend processing times.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. tosspk does not apply internal currency conversion. There are no conversion fees charged by tosspk on PKR transactions; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges, which are your sole responsibility.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your Account and used for wagering. Unused deposits may be returned to the originating payment source in certain circumstances, such as account closure by tosspk for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and AML review.
tosspk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and sports betting promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to both the specific promotion terms and these General Terms and Conditions.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
tosspk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines in good faith that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising variance, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation.
All bonus funds have an expiry window stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain un-wagered at the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically without notice.
Note: If you wish to make a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus, tosspk reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount from your withdrawable balance prior to processing the withdrawal request.
All casino games available on tosspk — including but not limited to slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, teen patti, andar bahar, and fishing arcade games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems supplied by verified third-party game studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and may be found within each game's information panel.
Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 matches, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed within the betting interface. In-play (live) bets are final once accepted by the system. tosspk reserves the right to void bets where odds were materially incorrect due to technical error or data feed failure.
In the event of a game, system, or data malfunction that results in a materially incorrect outcome, tosspk reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to players' Accounts. tosspk is not obligated to honour wins arising from manifest technical errors. Any attempt to exploit known or suspected system errors will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tosspk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Warning: tosspk employs fraud detection systems that monitor for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed, and where misconduct is confirmed, suspended without prior notice. Suspected criminal conduct including money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.
tosspk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, tosspk provides a range of tools and resources to help players manage or stop their gambling activity.

tosspk reserves the right to impose deposit limits, session limits, or mandatory cooling-off periods on any Account where its responsible gaming monitoring systems identify indicators of potential problem gambling behaviour. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tosspk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers who are contractually bound to process it only for the purposes specified by tosspk.
All content on the tosspk Platform — including but not limited to the tosspk brand name, logo, domain, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tosspk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the tosspk Platform or its content without prior written consent from tosspk. Unauthorised use of tosspk's intellectual property will result in account suspension and may be pursued as a civil or criminal matter depending on the nature and extent of the infringement.
tosspk strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. tosspk is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond the return of any stakes accepted during periods of confirmed technical failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tosspk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tosspk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether tosspk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily and at your sole discretion. tosspk accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of your wagering decisions, regardless of the information or analysis tools available to you through the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting tosspk support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations owed to tosspk that arose prior to the closure date.
tosspk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, chargebacks, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to tosspk.
Where tosspk terminates your Account due to a breach of these Terms, tosspk reserves the right to withhold your Account Balance pending investigation. Where misconduct is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Legitimate real-money deposits that have not been used for wagering and are unrelated to the breach may be returned at tosspk's discretion following investigation.
tosspk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, tosspk will provide reasonable notice via a notification posted on the Platform or sent to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
The version of the Terms and Conditions currently in force is the version published on this page with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. Prior versions are not binding on either party once superseded.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tosspk is incorporated or licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and tosspk, you should first contact tosspk's support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. tosspk will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve it within thirty (30) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body applicable to tosspk's operating jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. This waiver does not limit your ability to file an individual complaint with a regulatory authority.
